Custom Image P701L.gz.aa Error

I made changes to Firefox and Chrome's bookmarks, favorites page and added Minecraft.

I followed the steps to rebuilding the base image multiple times.

This is my output:
Prepping the disk for the image...Done.

Creating image - this will take some time...
split: /root/P701Lgz.aa: No space left on device

Install key updated. Press any key to continue.

I have used a 4GB and a 16GB USB and get the same error.

During the process of option 1, (expect to write 164163 records of 32k), an error of

• gunzip: error inflating
• 149839+0 records in
• 149839+0 records out

Upon reboot a black page with a blinking left cursor on the top left corner appears and hangs. It never reaches the first login page for the user.

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is an old one, but in case anyone else finds it you need to resize of the install partition on the key by following the instructions at the bottom of http://ubermix.org/customization.html
