General Support / VirtualBox version 4.3.28 r 200309 cannot start up the ubermix 2.0 VM file

I am using Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit and installed VirtualBox version 4.3.28 r 100309.  When I use the VM of ubermix on the version 2.0 file, the VM did not start properly and terminated with the following message:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Ubermix 2.0.

No error info.

Can someone offer any pointer to get around this issue?  Thanks!
