Q&A / Google Earth does not work well

We are using Acer Veriton n4620G desktops with Ubermix 2.0 in my lab. All is working well except G - Earth. Problems include:
The standard navigation bar does not show up, only a grey box where it should go.
Many of the layers don't work including videos, places, and more.
It will exit the program when zooming in to Apollo 11 landing site. Will not show layers for video
Will exit the program when zooming into other areas on Earth also.
