How-to / Creating an Image on an empty USB Flash Drive

How do I upload my Ubermix image to another USB Flash Drive?  When I followed the rebuilding a base image instructions it worked fine on the USB keys that already had Ubermix on them, but I need to know how I can put it on new USB Keys so that we can image more computers at one time!

How-to / How do I get the printer and auto-reset to stay on my custom image?

I followed the directions on making a custom image, but after I put that image onto another computer, I found that the auto-reset function and my printer did not stay on the image.  If someone can help me on how to get these two things to stay so that I don't have to add them to every computer, I would greatly appreciate it!  Thank you!
