Ubermix has no music apps, MuseScore seems like a good candidate.

I agree, it's a great app.
In our customized Ubermix, we add:
- Musescore
- LMMS
- TuxGuitar
- Ardour

ubermix 2.0 will have LMMS and Jokosher. I'll look at musescore as well - thanks for the suggestion!
