Title: Cache Error!

Several computers are getting a Cache Error when attempting to go online.
It reads:
Cache Error!
The following error has occured: tinyproxy was unable to connect to the remote web server.

I've installed Parental Controls.

Help?

This sounds like a networking issue. Tinyproxy is managing all your connections to the web, and in this case was either not able to connect to the remote server or did not receive a response from the server.
