Download links just take me to google docs home page, not any file.

Seems to have been a momentary Google apps glitch. Seems to be working now. If you continue to have trouble, try logging out of any Google accounts you might be logged into and click the link again

I think I've identified the problem. I was logged in to Google with my account. If you are logged in, the links don't work.
