General Support / Google Earth problem in 1.82

Hi!
I found this problem in 1.82. When searching places on Google Earth, the program displayed a message "HTTP not valid".
After doing
 sudo mv /opt/google/earth/free/libcurl.so.4 /opt/google/earth/free/backup_libcurl.so.4
the problem was fixed.
I detected it after deployment (as usual...), so i don't know if the error is in the original ubermix image (i do a lot of customization to the jim's releases)
If anyone else could try it, would be great.

I was having a lot of troubles with youtube videos. Every video that the kids played taked  cpu up to almost 100 %, so the video quality was very bad.
After a little research, i found that flash player in linux doesn't use hardware acceleration, so i tried two things: first, redirecting youtube to youtube html5 site, and then, using a dedicated player: minitube
Minitube works great, no problems at all, and the kids are very happy with it.
I really recommend this app, watching videos it's the first use of tech limited teachers, so a good performance in this area is crucial.

General Support / ¿Error? - gapps icons for all (Ubermix 1.081)

Installed gapps-icons-all from synaptic, but when i click on the icons, chrome opens the default  tab instead of redirecting to the google apps sites.
This is strange, because in my test build the icons behaviour was Ok, and just occurs on some netbooks after deployment.
I'm trying to reproduce the error, but it seems to correct if i reinstall chrome, then gapps icons after a complete desinstallation of the 2 packages.

General Support / strange messages in ubermix 1.81 boot

I was getting some messages about SSD caching on boot, so i enabled bootlogd, and then checked  /var/log/boot.log

Everything is ok, but the last line says:

* Starting Initializes zram swaping^[[74G[^[[31mfail^[[39;49m]

Is this a problem ? I'm experiencing some erratic behaviour, slowdowns and general performance issues.
